Project Goal

To promote the circular economy with a focus on:

  • Institutional transformation and implementation of new programs at Lithuania Business College (LTVK);
  • Development of new programs and support for start-ups;
  • Formation of alliances with key stakeholders.

 

Specific Project Objectives

  • Develop new programs aimed at enhancing entrepreneurship skills for LTVK students and staff;
  • Implement business acceleration programs based on circular economy principles;
  • Establish student entrepreneurship support units focused on circular economy;
  • Create specialized technological divisions at LTVK (e.g., Business Incubator, Innovation and Leadership Labs) dedicated to circular economy themes;
  • Build partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance sustainability impact (start-ups, VMT, business clusters, associations such as PPAR, Business Confederation, SIC);
  • Develop a comprehensive communication and dissemination strategy for the general public.

 

Project Implementation Phases

Phase I (2025-04 – 2025-12)

Main goal – structural changes at LTVK:

  • Development of two study programs (3 ECTS, 80 academic hours each) focusing on circular economy:
    Logistics in the Circular Economy
    FinTech Solutions in the Circular Economy
  • Implementation of a mentoring program for students and staff;
  • Development of two non-formal education programs:
    Circularization in Business
    Sharing Economy

Phase II (2026-01 – 2027-04)

Main goal – practical implementation and international cooperation:

  • Establishment of a business incubator to support start-up development and infrastructure formation;
  • Initiation of cooperation with external partners;
  • Organization of an international summer camp CAMP 2026 (June 2026);
  • Development of two formal education programs (3 ECTS, 80 academic hours each):
    AI in Business and Human Resource Management
    Blue and Green Economy Solutions
  • Creation of four non-formal education programs:
    Green and Blue Economy Solutions
    Climate Change Strategies
    AI in Business
    Creativity and Innovation in Business
